Our Razor earrings are inspired by Occam's Razor, a philosophical principle that uses the metaphor of a sharp blade to suggest the simplest explanation is often best. Our Razor earrings when wielded carefully, symbolise the challenging journey of spiritual enlightenment, requiring focus and razor sharp clarity. Razor blades can represent both danger and potential, negative and positive. You choose whatever context suits you. Our Razor earrings have been created to evoke a sense of danger and reminds us of the precarious nature of life. In many modern cultures razor blades are seen as a symbol of danger, rebellion, pain, vulnerability, control and precision, clarity and focus.

Our Razor earrings are hand carved first in wax by Emma in our Melbourne workshop then individually cast into solid sterling using ancient lost wax casting techniques, oxidised using organic materials, then polished to perfection by hand.

Each Heart of Bone Razor earring is hand stamped with our house hallmark and a traditional 925 sterling silver stamp.

Our Razor earring is sold separately and delivered gift wrapped in our exclusive branded Heart of Bone gift boxes and Heart of Bone ribbon.
