Orders in stock will be ready to ship within 1-5 days. For pre-order and bespoke products in your size, we will contact you as soon the products are ready to ship. We will try our best to deliver your order as soon as we can, however HOB is not liable for any third-party failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as practicable to arrange a refund or exchange.

Australian Orders

We deliver via Australia Post within Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details.Delivery times will vary according to Australia Post’s time frames and zones. Please refer to https://auspost.com.au/ for delivery time estimates.
